The Exploration Board was established in 1955/56, and from the very outset, the three ‘old student associations’ were closely involved. Each Association, and the RCSA is no exception, have a permanent representative on the Board to offer advice and expertise, and the Associations have always looked favourably on requests for financial assistance from the expeditions.
Since the formation of the RCSA Trust in 1990, the RCSA responsibilities to the Exploration Board have been devolved to the Trust.
The Association and the Trust are extremely proud of the support we have given, to hundreds of our students over the decades, and are delighted to highlight some of the more recent expeditions here….
