New Executive Officers

We are pleased to announce our tweaked executive line-ups following the AGM on 6th February. You’ll see there is only one ‘new’ face, .

The team at the helm of the RCSA now consists of:

PRESIDENT: Mike Munroe
DEPUTY PRESIDENT: Steph Ward
HONORARY SECRETARY (General): Oscar Farrell
HONORARY SECRETARY (Membership & Communications): Jim Sarsfield
HONORARY TREASURER: Andy Needham

And the team at the helm of the RCSA Trust now consists of:

CHAIR OF MANAGEMENT BOARD: Jim Sarsfield (who will also act as Secretary)
DEPUTY CHAIR OF MANAGEMENT BOARD: Andy Needham (who will also act as Treasurer)

Steph, our Deputy President may be better known to some of you by her maiden name of Steph Snell. We put the word ‘new’ in quotes because she was, of course RCSU Entertainments Committee Chairman for 1987/8, RCSU President for 1988/9, RCSA Membership Secretary 1993/4, and RCSA Honorary Secretary and RCSA Trust Secretary for 1994/8.… Read more...

AGM – TUESDAY 6TH FEBRUARY

The RCSA would like to invite you to its annual general meeting, which will be held on Tuesday 6th of February in Meeting Room 1, First Floor, Imperial College Union, South Kensington, with business commencing at 19:00.

Come along to learn how the Association plans to develop over the coming years, have a chat with some of the current members and – depending on how long the meeting lasts – have a few social drinks and possibly dinner afterwards.

Come along to learn how the association plans to adapt itself to the 21st century, have a chat with some of the current members and – depending on how long the meeting lasts – have a few social drinks and possibly dinner afterwards.

RCSA 2019 AGM – Save the date

The RCSA Executive Committee would like to invite you to the Association’s 2019 Annual General Meeting which will be taking place on Thursday 26th September 2019.

The event will be on held on, or near, the Imperial College London’s South Kensington Campus in the evening of the 26th September. Exact venue and timings will be confirmed soon but please put the date in your diaries.

The nomination period for anyone considering standing for a post on the committee will run from Saturday 1st June – Wednesday 26th June. Please contact the Honorary Secretary to request a nomination form if you are considering running for any post: secretary@rcsa.org.uk. All nominations recieved will be reviewed by the RCSA Committee at its meeting on Thursday 18th July.

RCSA Rules updated September 2017

Details of the 2017 AGM:

The AGM was held on 14 September at Imperial College Union, Beit Quad.

In our draft strategy presented at the RCSA AGM, we sought to foster stronger connections between our natural friends, allies and champions from across the University – the faculty staff, our student clubs and organisations, the Imperial College Alumni Department, alumni generally and create or re-establish links between us all.
